Kenny Austin's Obituary
Kenneth James Austin, age 57 of Roopville formerly of Mableton passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013. Kenny was a member of Mt. Harmony Baptist Church and graduated from Pebblebrook High School in 1971. He was preceded in death by his brother, William G. (W.G.) Austin, Jr. and his father, William G. (Pug) Austin. Kenny is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Tara & William (Boone) Graham of Rockmart, grandchildren, Ashlyn, Will, Silas, Cade Lane Graham, Alec and Arron Locklear; mother, Mae H. Austin of Powder Springs; brother and sister-in-law, Charles Robert & Peggy Austin of Rockmart; step-daughter, Amanda and her husband Chad Hembree of Dallas; Kenny is also survived by 4 aunts, 1 uncle, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM, Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Barry Snapp and Dr. Randal Whitten officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 4-8 pm at the funeral home.
