Melton, Kathy W. Melton, age 71 of Blue Ridge, formerly of Mableton passed away March 31, 2015. Kathy always enjoyed taking care of others. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Richard A. Melton; children, Rick Melton of Cantonment, FL., Ramsey Johnson of Waco, Jason Melton of Mableton, and Heather Smith of Cartersville; 11 grandchildren; sister, Sherry Mauldin of Ellijay; brother, Richard T. White, Jr. of Lithia Springs. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM, Davis-Struempf Chapel. Interment will follow at Davis Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
