Mr. Joe Willoughby, age 88, of Smyrna, passed away December 25, 2010. Mr. Willoughby had worked as a machinist at Lockheed and was a veteran of the Naval Reserve. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Ann Willoughby; sons, John Willoughby and Randall J. Willoughby; daughter, Dawn Elaine Greenlow; sisters, Faye Barber and Ruth Sarris; brother Edward Clark Willoughby; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
