Jimmy Frank Rainwater's Obituary
Jimmy Frank Rainwater, age 91, of Mableton, passed away on July 14, 2026.
Jimmy was a longtime member of Floyd Road Baptist Church. He retired from Barnes Store, where he was a beloved part of the community since 1979.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, June Rainwater.
Jimmy is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Marla and Darrell Maxwell of Helen, GA, and Michelle and Scott Mundy of Temple; grandchildren, Savannah Tatum, Garrett Mundy, and Dexter Mundy; brother, Roy Rainwater; sister, Shela Cousino.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 18, 2026, 3:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends for visitation prior to the service on Saturday from 1:30 PM-3:00 PM at the funeral home.
