My Angel on Earth is now an Angel in Heaven. Jessica Ann Russell, age 35 (Born July 12, 1982) of Marietta, GA was called to her heavenly home on Sunday morning, November 5, 2017. Jessica was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, which included her attending Pre-School through 8th grade, school choir, mission trips, and volunteering with Must Ministries. She attended Pope High School, played the clarinet in the marching band and traveled with them extensively, including the New York Macy’s Parade and the London New Year’s Eve Parade in 2000. She was loved by all and you could see the mirror of her soul through her eyes. People were drawn to her like a magnet. Her laugh was contagious, and the world is a bit dimmer without her beautiful glow. She is in Heaven with her dad, gramps, grandmother Charlotte; great grandmother, great grandfather, and many family and friends. She is survived by her mother, Theresa Kelani; sisters, Alia and Elizabeth; and granny, Jessie (Wood) Brown. Saturday, the family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 PM before the service. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 18, 2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Chapel. Interment will follow the service at Westview Cemetery.
