Jesse Curtis Cooper II's Obituary
Jesse Curtis Cooper II, age 53 of Powder Springs, GA went to his heavenly home on January 19, 2024 surrounded by his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Cooper; his son, Christopher Cooper; his father, Larry C. Cooper; uncle, Al Palmer; grandparents, Susie Hayes and M.A. Palmer, Bonnie Sue and Jesse Cooper; and stepfather, L. Wayne Roberts.
A service to honor Jesse’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on January 25, 2024 at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home, Austell, GA with Pastor Tommy Tidwell officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his Mother, Jan Roberts, Powder Springs Ga; sisters Tess Davis (Matt), Austell Ga; Lisa Klingen, Dallas TX ; Niece Kristen Davis, Buford, GA; aunts, Phyllis McLean of Marietta, Dianne Moss (Lee) of Powder Springs, and Carol Palmer of Hiram; stepsisters, Heidi Roberts and Sherry Sailors, Powder Springs, GA, as well as other family members and friends who share the grief of his passing.
After attending South Cobb High School, Jesse graduated from Katlaw Truck Driving School and began his career as a commercial over the road truck driver throughout the US and Canada. Aside from his love of driving, he was also an ASE certified mechanic and well advanced in electronics and computer technology.
Jesse loved the Lord and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:00- 8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 24, at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home, Austell, GA.
