James Otis "Peewee" Morgan's Obituary
James Otis “Peewee” Morgan, age 78, of Austell passed away November 1, 2019. James loved to go fishing. He was a member of Piedmont Baptist Church, which is located in Rockmart, where he grew up. James is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Laura Morgan; and sister, Glenda Ribron. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Barbara Morgan; children, Rory (Susan) Morgan of Powder Springs, and Tracy Morgan Lemons of Douglasville; grandchildren, Mellisa Lemons, Morgan Lemons, Daniel Morgan, and Genie Heaton; nine great-grandchildren; and siblings, Tim (Diane) Morgan of Taylorsville, Larry (Marie) Morgan of Austell, Ronnie Morgan of Taylorsville, and Ricky Morgan of Aragon. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 4th, 11:00 AM at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Brian Carroll officiating. Interment will follow the service at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home.
