Heaven's gain was our loss when our angel was called by our lord. Evan came into this world on God's time and he departed on God's time... On December 4, 2011 God blessed Brian and Leah with an angel, Evan Jesse Carmicheal. He was so thoughtfully planned,waited on, hoped for and loved. God decided that he had made such a beautiful angel that he decided to call him home. On February 29, 2011, he departed this life back to the one that sent him. We are eternally thankful and blessed for the twelve weeks we had to Love,Share and Cherish Evan. "
Evan is survived by his parents, Brian & Leah Carmicheal, Maternal Grandmother, Carole Harris of Lilburn; Maternal Grandfather, Warren & Marichu Harris of Newnan; Paternal Grandfather, John & Cathy Walker of Forest Park; Maternal Great Grandmother, Eleanor Harris of Conneautville, PA; Paternal Great Grandfather, William Carmicheal of Newnan; Paternal Great Grandmother, Alberta Warren of Stone Mountain; Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 4:00 PM, Davis-Struempf Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel. Rev. Keith Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday 3-4 pm at the funeral home.
