In the 40 years that I worked in union shops and as a union representative, Harry Cross stands out as a remarkable manager. He was always honest, considerate and straightforward in his dealings with employees and the union. He was truly a good man in every way. I am glad that I had the opportunity to know and work with him.
I worked at Arrow/Phillips Van Heusen for Harry And he was a good person to work with. I remember his retirement party at Gumbeaus in Douglasville, people from all over the states came to say bye to him, he was liked so much. Sorry for the family.

I worked for Harry at Arrow for so many years early in my career. He was more than a boss - he was great man. He had a great influence on me throughout my career. I have great memories of he and Dianna and the family. I will always think of him every time I make a banana bread - one of his favorites. Thinking of you all during this time of loss.
Harry was my Boss for several years at Arrow Shirts/Phillips Van Heusen! He was an excellent boss and one that will never be forgotten! I know he will be missed by his wonderful wife Dianna and his family! R.I.P. Barbara Camp
