Rev. Harold L. Gosnell's Obituary
Rev. Harold L. Gosnell age 82, of Mableton passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014. He was a member of Floyd Road Baptist Church. Rev. Gosnell retired, after serving Cobb, Paulding, and Rockdale counties for 35 years. He also worked as a commercial painter for Perimeter Paint Company for 20 years. Rev. Gosnell served his country in the US Coast Guard.
Rev. Gosnell is preceded in death by daughter, Cynthia Thomas. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Delores Gosnell; daughters, Donna (Tom) Johnson of Dahlonega and Tenia (Larry) Nichols of Douglasville: son, Jeffery (Connie) Gosnell of Clarksville; son-in-law Jeff Adams of Douglasville; 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great- great grandchildren; and one sister Shirley Mae Goin of Medford, OR. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, at 1 PM at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home.
