Grace King Christopher's Obituary
Mrs. Grace King Christopher, age 64 of Mableton, passed away August 30, 2013. Grace was a homemaker and a caretaker for elder care. She was known as a “world class house cleaner,” loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
Grace is survived by her husband, Ted Christopher; her son, Shawn McArthur of Dalton; son & daughter-in-law, Shannon & Robyn McArthur of Marietta; step-children, Kyle Christopher of Panama City, FL and Kelley Windsor of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Forrestt, Blane, Evan, and Cannon McArthur; sisters & brothers-in-law, Joyce & David Stancil of Douglasville, Deborah & Doug Bolden of Dallas, and Gloria Ledford of Marietta; and brother and sister-in-law, Kevin & Wanda King of Nashville, TN.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1 until 7 PM. The funeral services to honor her life will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Bill Shattles officiating. Interment will follow at Barber Cemetery in Mableton.
