Gloria Ann Ledford's Obituary
Gloria Ann Ledford AKA ‘Geygey’ passed away at the age of 69, leaving behind her daughter
Danette, granddaughter Hailey, and great-granddaughter Tatum; her “girls”. Geygey was a fierce
woman, even in feeble physical conditions. It never mattered how much pain she was in; she
was ready to fight for what and who she loved. There was nothing that she wouldn’t do to help
someone. From family to strangers, she opened her home and heart to help those that were in
need. Geygey's love for her girls was pure and unconditional, she spent her last days
successfully rebuilding their relationship that addiction once took away. Through her dedicated
conviction in Christ, she is finally in the loving arms of her lord and savior. As we grieve her
loss, let us not forget to celebrate in the liberation of her pain, and have a diet coke in her honor.
A memorial service honoring Gloria's life will be held on Monday, August 26th 3:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends before the service from 2-3 PM at the funeral home.
