Glenn "Red" Davis' Obituary
Glenn “Red” Davis, age 91 of Austell passed away December 12, 2017. Glenn worked at Lockheed for 39 plus years. He was one of the original workers from 1951 when Lockheed first opened.
Glenn was preceded in death by his first wife, Willie; brother, James Davis; sisters, Edna and Doris; step-son, Jim Wooden.
He is survived by his second wife, Cathryn Davis; son, Glenn Jr. and wife Karen Davis of Dallas; step son, Mike and wife Tab Wooden of Douglasville; step daughter Sharon and husband Jim Bellah of Athens; brother, Robert Davis of Rome; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday 1:00 PM at East View Cemetery in Rome GA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association at act.alz.org/site/Donation. Arrangements are with Davis-Struempf Funeral Home, Austell. www.davisstruempf.com
