George Thomas "Tommy" Cook Jr.'s Obituary
George Thomas Cook, Jr., "Tommy", age 72 of Austell GA, passed away May 5, 2021 surrounded by those closest to him. Tommy was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved being with his family and friends. His favorite pastime was to sit out on his deck listening to music. Rock and roll will never be the same. Being a native of Atlanta, he was a dedicated fan of all Georgia sports, except UGA. He was a Georgia Tech fan through and through. Tommy will always be missed by those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Debi Cook; his daughter, Angela Franks, son in law Dave and their son Zachary; son, Tommy; grandsons, Garrett and Graham; sister, Susan Sharp; brother-in-law, Bill; along with a large extended family.
