Frederick Grant McDowell Jr.'s Obituary
Frederick “Rick” Grant McDowell, Jr. age 69 of Austell passed away July 6, 2020.
Rick graduated from Brainerd High School in Chattanooga Tennessee and then graduated from Georgia Tech.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Donna Marie Hall-McDowell; son, Frederick “Grant” McDowell, III; daughters, Katherine Marie McDowell; Laura Elizabeth McDowell; Mary Katherine Adams.
He is also survived by his sisters, Betsy McMinn and Phyllis Oliver; many nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens, Mableton with Dr. Jimmy B. Lewis officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shephard Spinal Center online at https://www.shepherd.org/giving/charitable-giving.
The family would like to invite anyone to join them at the graveside for the service; there is no limit on attendance.
