Mr. Francis Tommy Collins, age 88 of Smyrna, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Mr. Collins retired as watch repairman from Holzman Jewelry in Atlanta. He is survived by his children, Roy Collins (& wife Ruth Jennings) of Marietta, Pat Collins of Atlanta,
Peggy Mosley of Smyrna, Evelyn (& husband Jack “Hoppy”) Curtis of Hiram; 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brothers, Claude Collins of Blue Ridge, Charles “Ebb” Collins of Riverdale, Freddy Collins of Atlanta;
sisters, Lavada Alexander of Smyrna, Margie Lampe of Tiger, Ga, and Luluie Mae Collins of Clayton, GA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Johnny Turner and Rev. Joe Bufford officiating. Interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 3 to 7 PM and Sunday from 1 to 4 PM at the funeral home.
