Mrs. Frances Richardson O'Neal, age 90 of Dallas passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2012. She was a member of Clarkdale Baptist Church, Loved to paint and read the Bible, which she has read entirely through several times. She was Read Obituary
What a SPECIAL Lady! Mrs. O'Neal was a great neighbor and loved by our family.
One of my fond memories is her love for others. She loved her volunteering and so thought of others. She will be missed!! Thoughts and prayers to the family.
So sad to read this in morning paper. Mrs. O"Neal was a very nice lady who I am thankful to have known. We called and chatted a few times after she moved to Dallas-- just to stay in touch and to say hello to each other-- such a sweet sweet lady-- thoughts of prayer for her family.
The photos posted show what a fun-loving person my Mom was. She is pictured with some of her oil paintings which she started doing in her 70's. Other photos show her as a young woman enjoying horses. She always enjoyed people and had many friends. My thanks to those friends and extra 'family' who made her life enjoyable. We are saddened that her life here is now over but hopeful because of the resurrection promise which enables us to look forward to seeing her again but in perfect health. I will always remember Ms. Frances as one with such a sweet smile. She was truly a lovely lady and truly a dear friend. I will miss her.
