Frances Louise Johnsa Moreland's Obituary
Frances Louise Johnsa Moreland passed away on November 17, 2021. She was born in Carroll County (Clem) Georgia on September 11, 1928. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and GiGi that loved greatly. She was a life-long member of Austell First Baptist Church and was devoted to serving others. She was the daughter of Fred and Florene Johnsa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Winfred Moreland; her son, Mike Moreland; and her brother, Harold Johnsa. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Stafford (Johnny); and her son, David Moreland (Bonnie); her sister, Bettye Wyatt; her sister-in-law Barbara Johnsa; 5 grandchildren, Brent Staffford (Christine), Amanda Rivera (Tommy), Michael Moreland (Adriane), Matthew Moreland (Cameron), Steven Moreland (Myers); and 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 19th, 2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Steven Moreland officiating. Interment will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery, Austell.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 PM before the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request donations be made to Calvary Children’s Home, 1430 Lost Mountain Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127.
