Frances Milford's Obituary
Mrs. Frances Annie Kelley Milford, formerly of Austell passed away November 13, 2011 at the age of 99. Frances was born in Dawson County, Georgia and lived in the Austell area until she moved to Orange City, Florida in 2005. She worked at the bakery at Rich's Department Store in downtown Atlanta and also for Fair Oaks Dry Cleaners. Frances was a seamstress for many years and she enjoyed traveling in the United States and abroad. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Eller Kelley; brothers, Arthur, Luther and Ratliff Kelley; sisters, Tomma Kelley, Estie Tipton, and Dessie Pruitt; daughter, Christina Cantrell; and son, Heyward Milford. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ellee and Sid Massey; daughter-in-law, Mary Alice Milford; son-in-law, Jimmy Cantrell; grandchildren, Duane (Pam) Milford, Janice (Mark) Hill, Monteigne (Ed) Hutchins, Sindy (Dennis) Strickland, Ken (Lisa) Cantrell, and Jack (Lisa) Massey; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. The family will receive friends on at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 - 6 PM. Funeral service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Austell on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers: Duane Milford, Mark Hill, Ed Hutchins, Dennis Strickland, Ken Cantrell, Jack Massey, Sid Massey and A.C. Kelley.
