Frances Elizabeth Harrell's Obituary
Frances Elizabeth Harrell passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 24,2015, with her family by her side. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” 2 TIM 4:7. Frances was born on March 15, 1922 in Carroll County to Monoah Cliffton Robison and Zeda Mae Brook. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Austell, Ga. and a member of the Joy-Adelphia Sunday School Class. Frances was a graduate of Bowdon High School and Atlanta Business College. She was a private duty nurse at Austell Hospital and a permanent substitute teacher for several Cobb County Schools for over 20 years. Frances was preceded in death by her mother and father; Brothers D.C. Porter Robison, John Ralf Robison, Porter Crowl Robison, W.J. Robison (Myrtella), Gid Robison (Helen) and sisters Ruby Pearl Robison and Catherine Sprewell (Spud). Frances is survived by her husband John W. Harrell, her sons John Robbie Harrell, Mike Brazeal (Karen) and daughter Pam Malone (Don, preceded in death); Grandchildren Meredith, Jonathan, and Chandler Brazeal, Lindsay (Jason) Wood and great granddaughter Lucy Wood; Brothers M.C. Robison (Glenda), brother Frank Robison (Jane), and sisters Blanche Adair (Jack, preceded in the death) and Ruth Vickery (Ray, preceded in death) along with numerous nieces, and nephews. Visitation Monday, January 26, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Austell, Georgia. Services are planned for Tuesday, January 27th at 1:00pm at First Baptist Church of Austell, Ga. Interment will follow at Salem Baptist Church in Carrollton, Georgia.
