Evodio Angel Garcia's Obituary
Evodio Angel Garcia, age 50, of Atlanta passed away January 29, 2021. Evodio was a great man, a family man, and a humble man. He loved his family dearly and was always a shoulder to lean on and there to lend a helping hand. He raised his children to abide by his core values and instilled in them the value of hard work. He was a skilled self-taught carpenter and had recently remodeled his whole home by himself. Evodio was a fighter and fought COVID-19 hard until the end.
Evodio is preceded in death by his mother, Victorina Garcia Bello. He is survived by his father, Augustin Angel Nava; wife, Nohemi Salinas Ramirez; children, Jonathan Angel, Amairani Angel, Jovani Angel, and Arely Angel, all of Atlanta; siblings, Jose, Fulgensia, Apolinar, Carmelo, Abel, Elias, and Ebelia; and beloved dog, Snoopy.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 2, 12:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Father Brian Sheridan officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Monday at the funeral home from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

In keeping with current precautions due to COVID-19, we are requesting that anyone visiting wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
Evodio Ángel García, 50 años de edad, de Atlanta, Georgia, falleció el 29 de Enero de 2021. Evodio era un gran hombre, un hombre de familia y un hombre humilde. Amaba mucho a su familia y siempre fue un hombro que dio ayuda cuando fue necesario. Crió a sus hijos para que respetaran sus valores fundamentales y les inculcó el valor del trabajo duro. Era un hábil carpintero autodidacta y recientemente había remodelado toda su casa él solo. Evodio era un luchador y luchó duro contra COVID-19 hasta el final. Evodio es precedido en la muerte por su madre, Victorina García Bello. Le sobreviven su padre, Augustin Angel Nava; esposa, Nohemi Salinas Ramirez; niños, Jonathan Angel, Amairani Angel, Jovani Angel y Arely Angel, todos de Atlanta; hermanos, José, Fulgensia, Apolinar, Carmelo, Abel, Elías y Ebelia; y amado perro, Snoopy. Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo el Martes 2 de Febrero a las 12:00 pm en la capilla de la funeraria Davis-Struempf con el padre Brian Sheridan oficiando. El sepelio seguirá el servicio en el Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens.
