Eva Lois Brimer McClellan's Obituary
Eva Lois Brimer McClellan, age 98, of Mableton, GA passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025. A graveside service will be held Monday, April 14th, 11:00 AM at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens with Rev. Richard Wilkins officiating.
She was born in Anniston, AL and lived there until she moved to Atlanta when she married her husband, Gaylon McClellan.
Eva had a love of reading and enjoyed working for the Cobb Couty Public Library System. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church. Above all else, Eva loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Mike Bentley (Gayle); daughter, Lori Stewart; grandchildren, Jason Bentley (Kristin), Sallie Bentley, Allison Voge, Chris Stewart (Brooke), and Catie Hochstetler (Brenton); and nine great-grandchildren.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband, Gaylon Eugene McClellan; daughter, Rita Bentley; son-in-law, Chip Stewart; brother, Frank Brimer; and sisters, Edna Harman and Dorothy McGee.
The family would like to give a special thank you to those who cared for Eva at Fellowship Home at Meriweather and Family Hospice; Marcus; and her beloved sitters, Bernice, Sonja, Felicia, and Peira.
