Eric Benjamin Cooper's Obituary
Eric Benjamin Cooper, born January 1959, in Boston Massachusetts. Eric unexpectedly passed away at the young age of 65, on July 7, 2024, in Woodstock Ga.
Georgia was where he called home, and also Lake View, North Carolina, where he spent much of his childhood. He is survived by his siblings, William J. Cooper of Humble, Texas, Nancy G. Stokes of Acworth, George E. Cooper of Canton, Scott A. Cooper of Canton, Melinda F. Cooper of Acworth, Patrick W. Cooper of Sandy Springs, and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers.
Eric was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to so many people, and will be missed greatly.
Eric gave everyone he knew a lifetime of wonderful memories. He was always serving, giving and helping anyone in need. He loved and cared deeply, without hesitation or prejudice.
Eric was an adventure seeker. He loved the outdoors, going to state parks, camping, and anything that had to do with history. He spent much time with friends and family traveling and visiting casinos.
Erics greatest accomplishment, and what he was most proud of, was his time spent working for Home Depot. In 1983 Eric began working for Home Depot, and recently celebrated his 40 year anniversary with the company. Eric was recognized and was able to attend one of the co-founders dinners.
Eric never slowed down in his life and has set a high standard, that some of us will never be able to reach, in our lifetimes.
Eric had a heart of gold and a personality to match it. He will be truly missed by everyone! We love you Eric, and will keep a smile on our face, every time we think of you.
Your Loving family and friends.
