Emily May "Mama" Higgins' Obituary
Emily May "Mama" Higgins, age 87 of Mableton passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014. She was a homemaker and loved sewing,shopping,crossword puzzles and cruising. She enjoyed visiting Pigeon Forge and Panama City Beach. Emily is survived by her children, R.N. "Buddy" & Linda Skinner of Villa Rica, Randy Higgins of Winston, Elaine Higgins of Mableton and Merrie Higgins of Powder Springs; grandchildren, Camella Karmalis,Susan Watkins, Randy Higgins, Matthew Higgins and Melanie Bebil; 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Funeral Services will be held Monday 2:00 PM, Davis-Struempf Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1-4 pm at the funeral home.
