Eloise Rogers Purvis, 73 of Austell passed away Monday, September 3, 2012. She retired from Bell South Dec. 15, 1994 after 38 years of service. She attended First Baptist Church of Powder Springs. She is survived by her 3 children, Son & Daughter-in-law, Tony & Darlene Rogers of Smyrna; Daughter and son-in-law, Patsy & Dick Zinkie of Powder Springs; Son, Rusty Rogers of Buchanan; 6 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren and longtime friend, Jack McPherson. Graveside Services will be held Thursday 2:00PM at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday 4-8 pm at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Cobb Street Ministry, 1750 Powder Springs Road, Marietta, GA 30064. www.davisstruempf.com
