Edna Ovie Elliott's Obituary
Edna Ovie Elliott, age 96 of Mableton, passed away September 28, 2013. On May 7, 1917 an angel was born. She loved us, and cared for us as long as she could. Our lives were made better by her loving ways. Her earthbound journey has ended and her body is gone. Her soul is in Heaven. She shall reunite with her husband of more than 63 years. They will be loved and protected in the Kingdom of Heaven for Eternity. Thank God for knowing them, thank God for their love. On September 28, 2013 God called his angel home and this wonderful woman shall remain a sweet memory for all who knew her. Let us feel blessed to have known her love. She is survived by her children, Karl Elliott, Kenneth Elliott and Barbara Collas. Funeral Arrangements will be held Friday 1:00 PM at Davis- Struempf Chapel with Tommy Washington and Richard Seay officiating.
