Eddie Rustin's Obituary
Mr. Ralph Edwin "Eddie" Rustin, age 67 of Austell, passed away December 15, 2013. Eddie retired after working 25 years as an etcher with Dixie Seal & Stamp. He was a member and past Master of the Battle Hill Masonic Lodge No. 5232 and was a member of the Shriners Organization. Eddie was also a very loving father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Dianne Rustin; children, Chris & Shannon Jackson of Simpsonville, SC, Jody Jackson of Atlanta, Amanda & Michael Worley of Douglasville; brothers, David (& Linda) Rustin of Newnan, Allen Rustin of Lithia Springs; sister, Glenda (& Sandy) Avery of Opelika, AL; grandchildren: Ashley, Josh, Briana, Christopher, Michael, Kimberly, and Joseph; his niece and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 until 8 PM. The funeral service to honor his life will be held at Bethany United Methodist Church in Smyrna at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. He will lie in state from 12 Noon until 1:00 PM. Interment will follow the services at Westview Cemetery with Masonic graveside.
