Dorothy Ann Stowers 's Obituary
Dorothy “Ann” Stowers, age 69, of Mableton passed away June 11, 2016. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Wayne Stowers, Sr and brother, Ronald “Ronnie” Allen. She attended West Fulton High School where she met her husband and to whom she was married to for forty eight years. Upon raising her four children she pursued a career in property management where after 20 years she retired. In retirement she spent extended time with her children, grandchildren, and sister. She is survived by her three sons, Paul Wayne Stowers Jr. and his wife Rebekah Stowers of Winston, Charles Donald Stowers and his partner Brian Dotson of Mableton, Michael Stephen Stowers and his partner Ron Powell of Atlanta and daughter, Paula Ann Baker and her husband, Matthew Baker of Marietta. Dorothy is also survived by her sister, Anita Dillard of Waco; grandchildren, Cody, Renee, Emily, Carson, Avery and Sarah; great grandchildren, Cameron, Carter, Aubrielle and Austin. She is also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. The family will receive friends Friday, June 17th from 4:00-8:00pm and Saturday, June 18th from 9:00-11:00am at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 18th @ 11:00am at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jake Webster officiating. Flowers are accepted or you may donate to a charity of your choice.
