Dorothy "Dottie" Dubree's Obituary
Dorothy “Dottie” Dubree, age 79, of Marietta passed away March 14, 2013. She was a member of Northside Church of God, where she was very involved in Children’s Ministry and Telephone Ministry. Dorothy retired from Lockheed in 1988 after 30 years of service. Her hobbies were her grandchildren and great grand children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Ed Dubree. Dorothy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Paula Dubree and Bill Smith of Marietta; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Kathy Dubree of Marietta; grandchildren, Michael Christopher Smith, Michelle Denise Smith Haney, Christy Lynn Dubree Bartz and Heather Lea Dubree Peterson; great- grandchildren Andrew Joel Haney, Anna Rachael Haney, Tayl’r Breann Bartz, Caitlin Nicole Peterson and Bethany Lea Peterson; brother William Eugene Murphy, Jr. of Hiram and sister Betty Mozley of Powder Springs. The family will receive friends Friday 5-7PM at Davis- Struempf Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM at Northside Church of God with Rev. Bill Smith, Rev. Richard Haney, Jr., and Michael Smith Officiating. Interment to follow at GA Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northside Church of God. P.O.
