Dora Jean Harvey's Obituary
Mrs. Dora Jean Harvey, age 90 of Mableton, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014. Mrs. Harvey was a resident of Presbyterian Village for 7 years, she was a loving wife, wonderful mother and grandmother, adoring friend, and was a Strong Christian.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Harvey. She is survived by her sons, Ernest Harvey of Mableton, Thomas Harvey of Mableton, Lee Harvey of Cartersville, and James Harvey of Mableton; daughter, Barbara Harvey Appling of Woodstock; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Debbie Wells and Kris Harvey officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4 until 8 pm.
