Don and I were Waffle House buddies, we saw each other a couple of times every week. I would buy his breakfast, then he would buy mine, it was always a competition as to who could get each other's check first. We sat together several times and formed a friendship over time. Don was a sweet man and he will be missed. My prayers are with the family, that God will give you the peace and grace you need in this time of sorrow.
