Dewey Jefferson Kennedy's Obituary
Dewey Kennedy, age 73 of Jackson passed away September 25, 2015. He was a member of Joshua’s Place Church. Dewey retired as an auto mechanic. He loved Nascar, listening to music, and sitting on the porch to watch the hummingbirds.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Melton Kennedy; daughters, Tammy Smith of Jackson and Kay Stephens of Eatonton; 4 grandchildren; sisters, Patsy Tramel of Mableton and Peggy Smith of Austell; brother, Junior Kennedy of Mableton.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 2:00 PM at Davis- Struempf Chapel with Rev. Rick Moncrief officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:00-2:00 PM at Davis- Struempf Funeral Home
