Della Ida Lindsey's Obituary
LINDSEY, Della Ida Lindsey, age 86 of Mableton passed away October 3, 2014. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church and retired from Pebblebrook as a proud cafeteria worker and loved interacting with all the students. Della loved music and dancing but her family was her heart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Leon Lindsey and all of her nine siblings. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Marion Williams of Mableton; Sandy and Ken Vinson of Mableton; Vickie and Rickey Sexton of Villa Rica; grandchildren, Richard Bills Jr.; David Michael Bills; Donna Kay Bills; Kerri McCain Beasley; Casey McCain Fike; Summer Renae McCain; Joshua Sexton; Lindsey Sexton Uhl; Trent Sexton; 13 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Monday 2:00 PM at Davis- Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Wilkins officiating. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2;00 PM to 5:00 PM at Davis- Struempf Funeral Home.
