David Lee Nash's Obituary
David Lee Nash, age 66 of Marietta, formerly of Athens, passed away December 23, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marion Herschel Nash, and mother, Anna Joyce Nash.
David is survived by his beloved, Pam; son, Danny Kinney (wife, Vanessa); two sisters, Martie Ann Abell (husband, Mike) and Millie Allen (husband, Mike); and numerous nieces and nephews.
David lived a simple life. When he was well, he was always out looking for work. He never took a vacation because he was always looking to make a buck.
He was self-employed as a home improvement specialist. He did work for people in the community for many, many years, until he could no longer drive, due to neuropathy brought on by diabetes.
David enjoyed spending time with Pam, whom he adored, as well as their two cats.
His hobby was gambling, which he was seldom lucky at winning.
David was a loner most of his life, but he enjoyed talking on the phone. In every conversation, he would ask about the family. David is now having a joyful reunion with his mom, whom he loved dearly.
He loved the Lord and accepted Him in his heart. May he rest in peace in the arms of Jesus.
A service celebrating David's life will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday March 22nd at The Ron Anderson Recreation Center, 3820 Macedonia Rd., Powder Springs, GA 30127. The family will receive guests starting at 1:00 pm.
