Cornelia Susie Littleton's Obituary
Cornelia Susie Littleton, 87 of Powder Springs, GA passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on Monday March 17th, 2025.
She was born to the late Luther Lonzo Hall and Mary Elizabeth Hall in Atlanta and raised in Powder Springs and continued to live there her entire life.
Cornelia married Odell Marion Littleton and they were married for 62 years. She committed her life to raising and loving her large family.
Cornelia was preceded in death by her husband, Odell; her first born daughter, Marion Kay; and 7 brothers and 2 sisters.
She is survived by her remaining children, Michael Littleton of Powder Springs, Timothy Littleton (Tammy Starnes) of Douglasville, GA, Christopher Littleton (Donna) of Peachtree City, GA, and Mirrine Sue Trettel (Steve Learoyd) of Woodstock, GA; her beloved grandchildren, Timothy John Littleton, Jr., Jason Littleton (Julia) of Leander, TX, Amber Capwell (Erik) of Galena, OH, Taylor Trettel (Michael) of Marietta, GA, Chaz Trettel (Ashley) of Woodstock, GA, Jacquelyn Littleton of Peachtree City, GA, and Christina Littleton of Tampa, FL; her precious great-grandchildren, Kain, Connor, Camryn, and Nora; sisters, Diane Padgett of Dawsonville, GA, Daisy Padgett (Max) of Dawsonville, GA, Gloria Oates (Thomas) of Powder Springs, GA, Linda Lamine of Powder Springs, GA, Brenda Shields (Jack) of Buchanan, GA.
A funeral service honoring Cornelia's life will be held Wednesday, March 19th, 3:00 PM Davis-Struempf Chapel with Dr. Farren Roper officiating. Interment will follow the service at Powder Springs City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM before the service.
