My sincere condolences to Sam and the family as you celebrate the life of Cora Jane. One of my fondest memories is sharing a conversation with Cora Jane and her dear friend, Rev. Gail Perkins, in the conference room at the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta office on Ponce de Leon Avenue. The laughter was contagious and the depth of their friendship was truly inspiring. It was a joy to watch Sam try to get a word in edgewise as these two friends laughed and joked together. I was equally moved by the beautiful love shared between Sam and Cora Jane.
