Clarence "Jack" Sanders' Obituary
Mr. Jack Sanders, age 72, went to be with the Lord after a courageous battle with cancer. Jack retired from Kearney National as a group leader after 22 years of service. He later retired from Lockheed in 2006. He was a member of Clarkdale Methodist Church. In his earlier years he loved cleaning and working on his automobiles. The last thing he always said to his loving wife of 53 years upon retiring at bedtime is “Good night honey. I love you.” Jack is survived by his wife, Elvie Bledsoe Sanders of Cobb County, one daughter, Angel (Terry A.) McBurnett of Powder Springs, three grandchildren, Terry L. (Sylvia) McBurnett of Dallas, Michael McBurnett and Ashley McBurnett both of Powder Springs. They were his pride and joy. One brother, Harold (Betty) Sanders of Center, Alabama, one uncle, Roy Sanders (Rachel) and one aunt, Katherine Sanders; also a host of cousins and special friends Olen and Betty Wallace and Wallace and Mary Cooley.
Rev. Darrell McGinnis is officiating funeral services. Good night honey. I love you and good morning in heaven.
