Mr. Charles L. Smith, age 77 of Douglasville, passed away Monday, June 1, 2009. He retired from Lockheed in 1993 and was a member of Highest Praise Church of God. He was predeceased by his brother, Tommy Smith. He is survived by Read Obituary
