Charles Lee Lockridge's Obituary
Charles Lee Lockridge, age 84, of Austell passed away October 8, 2020. Charles proudly served his country in the Army for 3 years. After his service, he went on to work as an aircraft mechanic at Lockheed, for which he retired after 42 years. In his free time, he loved to tend to his garden.
Charles is preceded in death by his daughters, Sarah Lockridge and Pamela Murphy. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jackie Lockridge of Austell; children, Mike (Terry) Lockridge, Mark (Melissa) Lockridge, Kenneth (Robin) Lockridge, and Keith (Stephanie) Lockridge; sister, Ruth (Wayne) Lockridge Rakestraw; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Monday, October 12th, 2:00 PM at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens with Rev. Tommy Tidwell officiating.
For those wishing to view the service virtually, Mr. Lockridge’s funeral service will be livestreamed on Davis-Struempf’s Facebook at the above listed time.
