Celeste Joy Richardson's Obituary
Celeste Joy Richardson, age 72 of Dallas passed away April 8, 2018. Celeste was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church in Mableton. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Joe Garland Richardson, Sr.; daughter, Melissa Ann Richardson; brother, Ronnie Chamness. Celeste is survived by her son, Joe (Susan) Garland Richardson, Jr.; daughter Melinda (Scott) Sue Daniel; sisters, Carlis LeBlanc and Charlotte Clark; brother, Richard Chamness; grandchildren, Cara Richardson, Emma Richardson, and Trey Daniel. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 1:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00AM-1:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta - Egleston, 1405 Clifton Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329.
