He found solace in the act of tidying and organizing, turning even the messiest spaces into havens of order and cleanliness. He instilled the value of a clean and well-kept environment in his children, leaving them with invaluable life lessons.
But beyond his business acumen and cleaning expertise, Cecil's greatest joy came from helping others. His unwavering kindness, generosity, and desire to make the world a better place touched the lives of countless individuals. He volunteered as an usher at the local church which he was most proud of during special events and holidays, leaving a legacy of compassion and contribution. Cecil was a man who lived a life of purpose, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be remembered not only for his professional achievements but also for his dedication to family, his love for cleaning, and his boundless spirit of helping others.
Cecil leaves a loving wife Yvonne, daughters Lorna and Arlene, son-in-law Donovan, granddaughter Mikala, and other family members to mourn the passing.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023, 2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Rendall Keane-Dawes officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation prior to the service Saturday from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
