Cathy Holtzclaw Ray's Obituary
Cathy Holtzclaw Ray, age 64, of Waleska passed away July 24, 2015. Cathy was full of love and a friend to all she met. The most important thing in her life was her daughter and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Ray; her brother, Claude Holtzclaw and sisters, Evelyn Mulkey and Carolyn Roberts. She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Michalski Mitchell of Waleska and Melinda Berber-Ray of Germany; son-in-law, Cory Greer of Waleska; grandchildren, Gavin Greer and Kyleigh Mitchell. Also surviving are her siblings; Sybil Pitts of Woodstock, Opal Dempsey of Dahlonega, Elizabeth Thompson of Marietta, Doris Wallace of Waleska, Mildred Davis of Ellijay, Joe O. Holtzclaw, Jr. of Powder Springs, Jerry M. Holtzclaw of Buchanan and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday 2pm at the Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Tommy Costner officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday, 1-6pm at the funeral home.
