Carl Victor Bowser's Obituary
Carl Victor Bowser, age 69 of Hiram passed away September 2, 2020.
Carl retired from the United States Navy after 22 years of service to his country.
In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and grilling out. He was a wonderful cook and loved cooking for family and friends. He could make a ham like nobody else!
Carl had a beautiful soul. He was a very giving and loving provider for his family. Carl was especially family oriented and looked forward to family gatherings.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Mary Bowser; his first wife, Leona Bowser; sister, Odessa Bowser and brother, Rajab Na’im Rasheed.
Carl is survived by his wife, Norma Bowser of Hiram; daughter, Rene (Steven) Powell of Sugarland, TX; son, Kevin Bowser of Hebbronville, TX; son, Carl Victor Bowser, Jr. (Blue) of Hebbronville TX; children, Latricia (Omar) Barnes; Laquencia Jeffries; Lachrisa Jeffries; Lacoyya Jeffries; Chris Jeffries.
He is also survived by sisters, Vera Woodruff and Sandra Bowser; brother, Christopher Bowser as well as a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Private family graveside services will be held at Georgia National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Carl’s name to any Veteran’s Association of your choosing.
