Carl Blevens' Obituary
Mr. Carl Allen Blevens, 62, of Austell, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2011. Mr. Blevens was retired from International Papers and was a member of Olive Springs Baptist Church. He is survived by his mother, Vivian Whitten of Austell; daughter, Crystal Nichols of Austell; son, Tommy Blevens of Melborne, FL; Kathryn Blevens of Austell; and five grandchildren, Ariel Stow, Ashley Nichols, and Taylor, Kate, and Chloe Blevens. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 1:00 PM, Davis-Struempf Chapel, with Dr. Marion Beaver and Dr. Randy Cheek officiating. Interment will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park, Marietta. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home and Crematory, Austell, GA.
