Bonnie Sue Crankshaw's Obituary
Bonnie Sue Crankshaw, age 69, of Lithia Springs passed away October 10, 2024.
Bonnie was born to James Hubert Flynn and Jewell Pierce Flynn in Atlanta. She grew up in the city and attended Brown High School. At the age of 16, she married the love of her life, Ricky D. Crankshaw. The two built a beautiful life full of joy and love. Bonnie and Ricky spent a great deal of quality time together, as they went on hunting trips, fishing excursions, and camping trips as a couple. They were each other’s best friend. Bonnie also enjoyed having a good time at a casino. But above all, she treasured family time, and her grandbabies were especially dear to her.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents; and grandchild, Ashton Brice Eastlack.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Ricky David Crankshaw; children, Dana Michelle McGill and Richard Wayne Crankshaw, both of Lithia Springs; grandchildren, Mason James Crankshaw, Annabell Nicole Ray Crankshaw; and Tucker James Dorrough; and many beloved extended family and friends.
A memorial service honoring Bonnie’s life will be held Thursday, October 17, 2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Dr. Farren Roper officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 Pm before the service.
