Bobby Franklin Julian's Obituary
Bobby Franklin Julian, affectionately known as "PAPPY", age 81 of Hiram, passed away May 1st, 2021 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. Bobby was born January 3rd, 1940 in Loudon, Tennessee to the late Floyd Ernest "Johnny" and Edna Mae (Hicks) Julian.
As a young man, he had a collection of jobs but settled in at Lockheed retiring with over 30 years of service. Bobby has 2 children by his late wife, Varena Jane Julian.
He leaves behind many who will miss his presence. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Varena Jane Julian; and brothers, Johnny Garfield Julian and Henry Delano Julian.
He is survived by his son, Butch (April) Julian of Dahlonega; daughter, Michelle Warren (Shane Scruggs) of Powder Springs Ga; wife, Zula Julian; grandchildren, Jessica (Joe) Adkins of Rockmart Ga, Courtney (Jesse) Wigington of Cave Springs Ga, and Jared Julian of Dahlonega, Ga. Great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Waylon Wigington, Jessa and Jett Adkins; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, May 3, 2021 at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home. Services honoring and remembering Bobby "Pappy" Julian will be held at 1:00 PM following the visitation.
