Mrs. Roberta “Bobbi” Anderson, age 70 of Marietta, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2009. Mrs. Anderson was a cherished member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church. She was retired from Mead Westvaco Packaging & a board member of the Me Read Obituary
I can not put into words how sadden i am a piece of my heart will be missing forever i met bobbi when i was 6years old and i grew to love her very qickly and she quickly became my bestfriend my heart goes out to Bill and her family. Bobbi i will never forget you and the sweet person you were you were like a mother to me and i will always remember you. I love you alway. I cannot begin to properly express my sadness for your loss. Bobbi has been a pivotal part of my life for 20 years. She has been my friend, my spiritual advisor, and second "mom". She helped guide me in my faith, and freely welcomed me into her family. She was there for me in good times, hard times, and sad times. She always knew the words of encouragement for whatever the situation might be. In turn I gave her the only thing I had to give, my heart. A heart filled with respect, admiration and love. I know Bobbi will be greatly missed by her family and friends. But you'll see her everyday in the things she loved, her cat, hummingbirds, etc.
Her service was beautiful, she sounded a lot like her youngest sister, Mickie. Kind, compassionate, a friend and mentor.

Bill, Kyle & Bobbi's siblings, you all know what a special person Bobbi was, but you can never know the impact she had on so many lives. I worked with Bobbi at Mead. She was even my boss for several years. I could not love her more if she were my own sister. Although we didn't get to visit very often in the past few years, I still felt such a close connection to her. I never once heard her say a negative word about another human being. She truly walked in Jesus' footsteps. I cannot imagine a world without her in it. I know that there is a very special place for her in heaven.
