Margaret Comer Gee
I loved this lady but I hadn't seen her for several years due to my being the caregiver for my mother (Maggie "Peggy" Comer) who died on June 2 at age 97 1/2. These ladies were friends for many years, attending Pleasant Hill Baptist as their children grew up. I have fond memories of Miss Blanche & her handsome husband and all the kids. It was always a pleasure to be in their presence. She was a gracious Southern lady with a sweet spirit and a welcoming smile. I had hoped to schedule a trip to Powder Springs for a visit with her soon...but, alas, it did not happen. I will see this lovely lady again but the reunion will be in Heaven in our glorified new bodies! Praise God for His goodness to us here and His promises that will be fulfilled in His time. My sympathies to the family in their loss but please know that your mother will be remembered and missed. My prayers for your family are for comfort and peace and continued family unity in the sharing of your precious memories of your parents. God bless each of you in this time of your personal sorrow. Thank you, Lewis, for attending mother's visitation; we could not attend the services for Miss Blanche because we were not notified of her passing and because my husband had an emergency surgery that restricted any travel during this time. Again, I am so sorry for your loss but look forward to seeing Miss Blanche in Heaven.
