Billy Ray Kuglar, age 87, of Powder Springs passed away Thursday October 22, 2015. He was a Korean War Veteran. Billy Ray retired from Fulton County Fire Dept and he was a painter and a carpenter. He loved ball room dancing and RV Read Obituary

Angela, I never met your Daddy, but always enjoyed your pictures of the times you had with him in his last few years. So special and times you'll never forget. The video is so nice and captures so many memories you'll keep with you always. Praying for peace for you and your family. I'm so sorry for your loss.
We never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kuglar, but felt as if we knew him well. Angela spoke of him often. We knew from her, that he lived an active lifestyle. Drove himself everywhere, self sufficient, great dancer, best dresser,loved to dine out and socialize with his lovely friend of many years. These were only a few of his wonderful traits that Angela gladly shared with everyone. We were so fortunate to enjoy him vicariously through her.
We are so thankful that he had good health up until these last few months. He lived his life to the fullest extent. We hope that gives you solace, peace and comfort Angela. You were a good and faithful steward to your father. That's the best a parent could ask for.
We ask God to provide peace and comfort for you in the times ahead.
