Betty Jean Dees' Obituary
Betty Dees, age 86 of Mableton passed away October 8, 2014 when God sent his angels down for her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley and Lonie Noland; brother, W.M. Noland; sisters, Blanche White and Peggy Thompson Sausserman; nephew, Jimmy White.
Betty is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, O.C.; brother and sister-in-law, Morris and Gail Noland; son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Cindy Dees; son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Susan Dees, and one other that she considered her son, Sam and Irene Thompson; nieces and nephews, Dianne Taylor, Terry Noland, Kathy Noland, Butch Noland, Margaret Priest, Mendy White Satterfield, Clay White, and 9 great nieces and nephews. Also survived by her grandchildren, Chris Barfoot; Rich Jones; Kari Miranda; Michael Tollison; 10 great- grandchildren, Christine Barfoot, William, Ellie, Marin, Hope and Nathan Jones, Jessie, Kayla, Bailey, and Addie Tollison.
Funeral Services will be held Monday 11:00 AM at Davis- Struempf Funeral Home Chapel Austell with Rev. Randall Whitten Officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00-5:00 PM at the funeral home.
